Place on Lowest heat setting and add butter. Remain on heat until butter is thoroughly mixed into the honey. I prefer the consistency to be that of maple syrup.
  4. You will salt chicken thighs, rub with honey mixture, and cook. I use a rotisserie, and barbq for maximum results. Baste the chicken as you cook until you reach your desired honey coating.
  5. Let cool, and enjoy!

My friend and I passed on the cocktails and starters this evening (but will definitely return again) and went straight for the main. The menu had lots of great options such as Chicken & Waffles, The Honeybee Burger and Chicken Sausage. The only problem we do have is the bees will drown sometimes in the chicken water containers. The hives were in an open south facing shed. A full size Honeybee burger or Brekky Bee, with frots and a shake (or case beverage)..
