  2. Prepare 1 -12oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained
  3. Make ready 1/4 lb Salami
  4. Make ready 1/4 lb Ham
  5. Get 1/4 lb Sandwich pepperoni
  6. Make ready 1/4 lb Swiss cheese
  7. Get 1/4 lb Provolone
  8. Prepare 3 Eggs
  9. Take 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  10. Take Black pepper
Instructions to make Antipasto Squares:
  1. Spread one can of crescent rolls on the bottom of a 13×9 sprayed pan.
  2. Layer: Ham, Salami, Swiss, Provolone, Pepperoni
  3. Top with diced roasted red peppers - drained.
  4. Mix eggs, parmesan cheese, black pepper - pour 3/4 over top of red peppers.
  5. Cover it with the other can of crescent rolls
  6. Brush the top of the roll with the remaining mixture. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Then, uncover and bake for another 40 mins. Or until golden brown. Cool slightly cut and serve.
