Instructions to make Spicy Lemon jelly:
  1. Mix agar agar powder in some water. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Take water, sugar in a sauce pan, heat till it comes to a boil and sugar melts. Next add salt, black salt, black peper powder and mix well.
  3. Add agar agar mixture and mix well and boil few seconds or till completely melted
  4. Now take it off the heat and add in lemon juice and rosted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
  5. Add some mint leaves. pour this in mould. When it cools down a bit. set in fridge for 1 hour.
  6. Unmould and enjoy.
