- Prepare 4 boiled potatoes
- Prepare 1 chopped onion

Chicken masala wrapped in a dough and fried till crispy, The outside layer is crispy with the delicious chicken masala inside. Usually samosas are shaped as triangles however the usual samosa dough can be rolled as logs and they are called as rolls. Since my theme for this week is a dish with different shape i decided to go with an interesting shaped samosas. And here comes the ring shaped samosas which call for usual samosa dough and a delicious vegetable stuffing.
Steps to make Ring Samosa:
- For Dough mix all dry ingredients and make a medium hard dough and keep aside for 15-20 minutes
- Gor stuffing keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil and mustard and jeera, add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillie, coriander leaves after 2 minutes add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add 1tbs besan and roast well. Add chopped boiled potatoes and mix well and keep aside for cooling.
- For making samosa:Take lemon size dough and try to roll it in square shape. At one edge put stuffing as shown and roll 1 single round. Rest of the chapati make slits as shown and roll it round. Stick both ends with maida and water paste.
- Keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil.once the oil is hot deep fry samosas till golden brown. Samosa are ready to eat with any Chutney or tomato ketchup.
Samosas: Roll the puff pastry out slightly, to flatten the seams. Aloo Samosa is one of the most popular North Indian snack. Giving it a Ring shape makes it more attractive.
