Basic Crepes is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s simple, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. Basic Crepes is something which I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have basic crepes using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Basic Crepes:
  1. Prepare 2 tbsp White sugar
  2. Take 1 pinch Salt
  3. Get 1 cup AP flour
  4. Take 1 1/2 cup Milk
  5. Prepare 2 large egg whites
  6. Take 1 tbsp Vegetable oil/ olive oil
Instructions to make Basic Crepes:
  1. Whisk together ingredients in a medium bowl until only small clumps are very few.
  2. Heat pan on a low to medium tempeture range.
  3. Spray small pan with cooking spray, Pam works fine.
  4. Ladle enough batter into the pan to lightly cover the bottom.
  5. After the crepe is solidified and had taken a slightly yellow tint, use a rubber spatula to flip over and brown. (Only use rubber spatula- NO METAL OR WOOD.)
