  1. Get 2 large Apples
  2. Take 4 tbsp Butter
  3. Prepare 4 tbsp Sugar (for apple filling)

  7. Take 2 tbsp Sugar (for Crepe batter)
Instructions to make Apple Crepes:
  1. Chop up apples into small cubes, throw away core pieces.
  2. Put apple pieces into a bowl, toss with 4 tablespoons sugar.
  3. Melt butter in a pan and add apple pieces, saute until soft. Take off heat and set aside.
  4. In seperate bowl, add eggs and milk. Mix together.
  5. After mixing milk and eggs, sift in flour and the 2 tablespoons sugar. Mix.
  6. Heat a six inch pan almost to smoking point (medium high heat), put a few drops of oil and pour in Crepe batter just enough to fill the bottom of the pan.
  7. Allow Crepe to lightly brown then flip.
  8. When done, lay Crepes out on a work surface and fill with Apple filling and roll.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
